Michael Guinn, Founder of the Ft. Worth Poetry Slam Team

Michael Guinn is a spoken word poet and founder of the Fort Worth Poetry Slam team. In 2007, Michael placed 7th at the National Poetry Slam championship. He has opened for Malcolm Jamal Warner and Russell Simmons. He has performed at the Akoben Word Festival, the Austin International Poetry Festival, the Toronto International Slam Championships, and the Arkansas Grand Slam, to name a few.
